Laughter (Yoga)

Hi Cathleen, regarding Laughter Yoga, I have cc'ed Meg Scott who will be holding a training in May in Columbus, OH. She does the snowbird thing to Ft. Meyers, FL this time of year and holds regular meetings down there for now… You can also visit the official site at http://www.laughteryoga.org/

There's also World Laughter Tour and Steve Wilson. He knows very little about yoga. But he is headquartered in Columbus.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar used to have a laughter meditation site, but I cant find it… while googling for it I found the Laughing Buddhas Network - http://discovermeditation.com/laughing-buddhas-network/

I recently started fooling around with my own technique which is a variation of the Universal Clearing Process ( http://net-prophet.net/ucp/nlitenow.htm ). It goes like this:

1 – think: where could you be right now?

2 – laugh with complete content

3 – think: where have you been?

4 – laugh with complete content

The purpose of this is to clear/laugh away the attachments you might have to preferring the future/past over now. I tend to focus at the 3rd eye when doing this technique.

my first truly dis-satisfied customer

A person came to my center today and left about about 30 minutes of floating. There was one SNAFU where I left a phone on that rang at one point, but that was not the problem. The main thing was that he was not able to make it as dark as he wanted.

As a result he was not able to go inside and see the light energy patterns that he was able to at another float room nearby. He said that Lilly spoke of these in "The Center of the Cycle".. I do recall in "The Deep Self" that he said that sensory deprivation was a a misleading term and that the senses were quite alive in the tank.

I've had some misgivings about building my own tank and offering my service on a semi-commercial basis, especially where I'm located. I'm also a bit upset that my energies are scattered amongst so many things so that I never perfect any particular one. Then again, I dont recall my float-to-relax tank being perfectly dark. And I dont think the Samadhi tanks at Spacetime tanks were either… they certainly werent soundproof.

Sigh…

When you place the attention at the spiritual eye, a strong vacuum gains your attention just below the eyebrows. It feels quite good.

If you do enough HU occassionally the HU will consume your entire skull, and turn it into a burning bush.

If you get the attention above the eyebrows you can get some fine stream of bliss pouring in… when listening to something like "Tibetan Bells II" by Wolff and Hennings.

I've been reading [a fascinating thread](http://www.epinions.com/msg/sec_~forums/show_~threads/cat_id_~10/id_~6108/forum_id_~201/pp_~3#posts) on a company I am involved with called Melaleuca. I personally avoid fluoride, so there's only 1 toothpaste of theirs I can use. And I dont know much about Sodium Laureth Sulfate — maybe it's better to remain ignorant sometimes. But I like to see the back and forth battles on how Melaleuca is the won's eyes and manna from heaven in anothers. I suppose that's the bottom line on Planet Earth and Christopher Tims has already stated that everything here is a coin – there's no win-win bowl of cherries anywhere. Melaleuca is no hype, it is for real. I have been a customer for over 11 years, I joined in 2000. I don't like some of the products but I do love the ProvexCV, Provex Plus and Provex supplements.
